The JCCEO Head Start-Early Head Start Program receives 80% of the funds necessary to operate the program from the Federal government. The other 20% must come from the community in the form of "In-Kind" or "Volunteer" services and other material and financial contributions to the program. Parent volunteering is an important and excellent part of the program. Volunteer parents are tremendous assets for the children and of great financial value to the Head Start-Early Head Start program. Parent volunteers must follow program guidelines and work closely with staff in assigned classrooms. If you are interested in becoming a JCCEO volunteer CONTACT US!
JCCEO considers applicants for all services without regard to race, color, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, disability, marital or veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
