JCCEO Child Development Services, the Head Start - Early Head Start Program, provides comprehensive child and family development services to those most in need in Jefferson County, Alabama.  Our goal is optimal outcomes for both children and families.  We seek at all times to provide the highest quality services.  This is accomplished by supporting and promoting the professional development of our staff; implementing effective service delivery systems; and monitoring, assessing, and adjusting them to assure the best in services provision.  We also stay abreast of research to learn and implement best practices, use technology effectively, and collaborate with a wide variety of community partners.
