The JCCEO Community Services Division serves Jefferson County, Alabama through the following programs: an Adult Day Health Care Center, a Neighborhood Stabilization, Asset Building, and Housing Counseling Program, the Community Substance Abuse Prevention Program, Senior Nutrition Centers, Energy Assistance, Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program, Home Weatherization, and Youth Programs [include the JCCEO Youth Empowering Selves (YES) Theatrical Troupe Project, the JCCEO Breakfast Clubs, and the JCCEO Students Teaching and Reaching (S.T.A.R.) Project]. The JCCEO Community Services Division provides programs and services for more than 21,000 people annually that are available at no cost to low-income residents of Jefferson County, Alabama.
