 JCCEO Community Services Division 

The JCCEO Community Services Division serves Jefferson County, Alabama through the following programs: an Adult Day Health Care Center, a Housing Counseling and Development Program, the Community Substance Abuse Prevention Program, Senior Nutrition Centers, Energy Assistance, Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program, Home Weatherization, and Youth Programs [include the JCCEO Youth Empowering Selves (YES) Theatrical Troupe Project, the JCCEO Breakfast Clubs, JCCEO Real Talk, the Youth Scholarship Individual Development Account (IDA) Project, and the JCCEO Students Teaching and Reaching (S.T.A.R.) Project].  The JCCEO Community Services Division provides programs and services for more than 21,000 people annually that are available at no cost to low-income residents of Jefferson County, Alabama.
